At Impact, our goal was to design and produce a shop-in-shop solution that would transform Dunlop’s retail presence by creating a visually distinctive brand experience within partner stores. We focused on developing a modular display system that would effectively organize their product hierarchy while providing educational touchpoints to guide customers through their purchase decision.
The implemented shop-in-shop installations successfully improve Dunlop’s brand visibility, increasing their shelf space while clearly communicating their Good-Better-Best product strategy. The custom-designed elements, including integrated informative touchpoints that help customers understand the technical specifications and safety benefits of different protective footwear options, QR codes, and the Dunlop fitting bench, have created a more engaging customer journey. This has measurably improved the shopping experience and strengthened Dunlop’s position as a protective footwear specialist.
